"my issue was with Drive Safe N Save. I had somehow lost access. I went to the office in Weeping Water NE and the 2 employees helped me to "reapply" for the app, as I am not real computer savvy. I am now able to use my Drive Safe N Safe App. So many thanks goes to Brian's Team."

"After having a bad experience with my insurance company I switched to State Farm and Vicki was the person that came out. She was very personable and I thought she was doing a great job for me until I got a notification that my Farm ranch and my homeowners insurance and my liability insurance was going to be canceled because she failed to tell them that I had a liquor license and a bar in the wedding venue on my farm that they were going to insure. When the underwriter found that out they set my insurance to cancel because they didn’t disclose the information. When I called State Farm and told them I got a notification that they were going to cancel me, they had first told me that the reason I was being canceled was because I had an animal sanctuary on my farm, which was completely false. I have no animals on my farm. I called back approximately a week later and I asked the gal exactly why they canceled me and then she told me it was because they didn’t disclose my liquor license. I asked them if they could please fix this so that I could have my insurance and they suggested I contact other venues in the area and ask them who they go through! No accountability from these people whatsoever. I still haven’t heard back from them as to whether they can help me or not. They just are very uninterested even though they’re the ones that caused the problem. I would definitely not recommend using these people for anything. I have a whole bunch of auto insurance with them that I will be moving to somewhere else as well. I personally, would rather do business with somebody that is for me and willing to help me, and actually make things right especially since it was their mistake, not a company that made a huge mistake and then turned their back on me, unwilling to make it right. State Farm in Weeping Water failed me miserably. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone."
